• Drill four holes of 9mm diameter on the table you wish to fix this unit, as per the template for hole drilling with position provided.
• With the four sets of bolts, washers and nuts which are provided, firmly fix the steel base (pre-fitted along with the mounting shaft) onto your working table.
• Position the main unit by sliding it on the mounting shaft as shown in Fig.A
  
  and then tighten the lock screw to firmly fix it at a position of height most suitable to you.
• Put the safety guard mounting shaft into the safety guard elbow provided, and fix it tightly.
• Position the safety guard mounting shaft (which is now fitted with the safety guard and the elbow) on the main unit as shown in Fig.B, and then lock the screw on the main unit tightly, so that the safety guard is always kept in correct position.
  
• Place the taggun in the front unit as shown in Fig.C Make sure that the taggun locking plate is on the right side of the taggun, in such a way that it is positioned between the taggun and the side knobs. Then tighten the side knobs to hold the taggun firmly in place in the main unit. Do not over tighten these knobs, simply hand tighten the knobs to the extent you are able to freely push the trigger of the taggun without jamming. Make sure that there is a little gap between the trigger of the taggun and the puller-shaft as shown in Fig.C

• Make the pneumatic connections as indicated in Fig.D
  
  Connect the incoming air supply to the air-regulator where it is marked as "IN". From the "OUT" position of the air-regulator, connect to port marked as "1" of foot-switch. From position "2" marked on the foot-switch, connect to rear flow control valve on the air cylinder. From position "4" marked on the foot-switch, connect to the forward flow control valve on the pneumatic cylinder.
• Load your taggun with the suitable fastener, release the input of air into the unit (ensure you get atleast minimum of 5 bar pressure), and you are ready to use the taggun operated by the foot switch.
